While studying for a Biology lecture exam, I end up watching a favorite TV miniseries of mine on TV Land. The channel's showing The Jacksons: An American Dream in tribute to the late Michael Jackson. They're going to show it again in a few minutes.

*sighs* It feels like so many deaths are happening in a matter of weeks.

First, it was David Carradine...I loved him in the Kung Fu legacy and Kill Bill vol. 2.

Next, Ed McMahon...I started to like him when I first watched the original Star Search.

And now, two deaths on the same day: Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson. I thought Miss Fawcett was pretty cool, especially when she was in Charlie's Angels. Michael...I grew up listening to him when I was a little girl in the 80s, adoring his singing and dancing. I will admit I had a shirt of him with the words "BEAT IT" on the front. I wonder what happened to it...ah well.

All of them gave me great memories, and they will surely be missed.

How are you?

It's been a crazy summer already. Exams have been hitting me left and right. Took two of them on the same day, didn't do so well with the Biology lecture one. I'll be figuring out my Art History 1 today as I send my teacher a rough draft of my proposal regarding to my research paper. I'll be studying for the lab portion of Biology since that exam is this coming Monday. Another one the week after for the lecture portion. Currently doing another book evaluation for Sculpture I, with one more to go that requires myself to go to the museum.

Don't you just love fast-paced Summer semesters?

Besides that, my imagination has been stirring like crazy in the realms of fiction writing, 3D modeling, drawing, RPing, voice acting, and video game creating. The sad thing about it is I rarely could find the spare time to do either one, even if it's doing at least one of them for one day. However, I do manage to find time to buy and read a vampire novel that's much better than I had expected. My only regret is not buying the first book in the series to start with. I should even find time to read fanfics too. :3

Gotta get to work on my paper now.

EDIT: Oh yeah...my birthday dinner came two weeks late, but my dad's was right on time. :)

Being tired on my own 29th year after school, especially working in the gym...

I think a goooooooooood amount of sleep is in order. 8D

Actually I only have five more days left.

I'm taking advantage of every minute available to me alone, by writing more fanfics, installing 3D-related programs which might help me with school later on (Bryce or Carrara would do :3), listening to a bunch of music from all over the world (video gaming included), and spending time with friends and loved ones.

I've been trying to search for some vampire/werewolf related novels that might actually be worth of my time. So far I've found three: Anita Blake (I've heard of the series before), Riley Jenson (that's new, and sounds more unique), and Southern Vampire (aka Sookie Stackhouse aka True Blood). I might have to buy some of these books, which gives me a great excuse to use my Books-A-Million discount card.

Video gaming and some role-playing...they're still stuck in me too.

My Spring semester has finally ended! So...temporary freedom for me until the 27th! That means I'll have the spare time to continue writing my fics, catch up on some fics I've been reading, play some video games (Sims 2 especially), and all the other fun stuff. Maybe even do a little bit of roleplay at a time.

However, if any of my grades turn out badly in any class during any semester, I am BAILING! I never thought I was going to do so badly in certain classes. *coughDscountasfailuretomecough*

On the relaxing side, I've been listening to Administrator's new demo single, and it's just as addicting as SELFISH CLOVER. I see good success in the band's future. :)

Since it' still storming like crazy, I better get off the computer. ^^;

Now that I managed to get most of my homework finished, I can finally relax. The only required assignment I have to do is read The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini. So far, it's growing depressing...horribly depressing. But that doesn't mean I'm going to stop reading. I'm curious about the ending.

For Dramas online, I've been glued to watching and finishing a J-Drama called LIFE. I will admit that some scenes were very painful to watch, especially when I've experienced what it's like being bullied as a child. However, it's really good. Now I want to read the manga since it focuses more on just the subject of bullying alone.

Last thing, I've changed layouts. Different look, same gorgeous Jin. :)

This may be the last day of March, I still have another whole month to go before the crazy semester ends! *sighs* I can't wait to have a small vacation!

Time passes by so quickly, and yet I feel a little weird because of it.

The stress from school is starting to simmer down some, but still not entirely free from the assignments I have to do. Speaking in front of my American Literature II class didn't help matters either, but I also have to study for the next exam on Wednesday. It's a good thing there is no Sociology class that day. Short day coming!

My art journal's been neglected for too long, and I could say the same for my DeviantArt account. Right now I'm just trying to decide where to post my recent artworks. x.x

I might need a nap before I go back to do homework. ^^;

This school holiday shouldn't have to pass so quickly. Part of the holiday was spent on more homework, but also on video games and Sims 2 for the fun side.

Today was actually a great day to visit the park and museum near my neighborhood. Anything to get out of my own room. XD

After I get through with this texture project I'm working on, I'll be listening to more DELUHI. XD I love the band's music and its members!

I'm so disappointed in myself for failing a what's-supposed-to-be-a-simple exam for Sociology.

This is the busiest semester I've ever had this year.

Acrylics are fun to use, no doubt, and it's about time I get to use colors that are just not black and white! I wonder if anyone I know had some experience doing any kind of color wheel assignments...

Emily Dickinson, however, is the most complex poet I've known in my entire life. I'm currently working on a personal analysis paper based on three of her works never discussed in class. What's even worse is I have to stand up in front of the class and do a brief presentation. AUGH! D:

I should try to update my journal everyday, even if it's filled with nothing but random rambling. ^^;

College is about to reach up to the point where I can relax in some areas. I can't say the same for 3D Design just yet. There's always weekly assignments coming left and right for my Tue/Thurs classes, except for Spring Break. Still hanging in there for now, of course.

I'm already having some ideas regarding to storyboard entries for 2D. I'll just make them in the form of concepts, via manga-style, since those kinds of assignments allow freeform use of media. This is going to be fun for such a simple entry this week. At least the stress will be a bit lighter compared to last weekend. Ugh...

I have finally succumbed to World of Warcraft, and it's not as bad as I thought it would be. :) Playing as a Tauren shaman made the game worth it, that's just me of course. I'll be playing more until my trial ends, along with Sims 2! If only there was something I could avoid downloading to prevent the game from acting like it's under a temporary coma ever again...

Ah well. Once the floor dries, I can begin working on the sketchbook journal entry.

My mind's been bouncing all over the place when it came to my 2D assignments, but finally figured it out what I really needed to do with them last night. And so, I gotta get started on at least one of them for today.

It's also nice meeting new friends as well as old classmates from previous semesters. :)

Another great thing over the holiday weekend: I've finished watching the first season of Japanese live-action of Hana Yori Dango! I'm still planning on watching the second season real soon.
